At the 15 July Martyrs Memorial, dedicated to national unity, a rose and a cypress tree were planted for each martyr. The construction of the memorial, which features the names of 251 martyrs, was completed in 27 days. The main structure utilized 125 tons of steel, and the top and surrounding area are paved with 3,400 square meters of Safranbolu Eflani fossil rustic green marble. The entrance to the Islamic-Ottoman social complex is connected to a pathway.
